Car Seat Class in Columbia County Fort White

Car seat classes are free and open to the public, but YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to attend the class. Those who attend the one-hour class are eligible to receive a car seat at cost: $45 (infant, convertible seats and high-back boosters) or $20 (belt-positioning booster seats). Car seats are available for $20 to those who are government subsidized and on some kind of public assistance like WIC or Medicaid. Proof of participation will be required at time of purchase.

Please contact John Estes at 386-497-4978 for an appointment during the month. Hours are from 11am 5pm. Directions: From traffic light at US 27 in Ft. White, go south on SR 47 for 1/2 mile. Center is the first house on the right, past the gun club.

Additional seats for second vehicles, spouses, grandparents, etc. must be purchased at the regular price of $45 (infant, convertible seats and high-back boosters) or $20 (belt-positioning booster seats). No exceptions allowed.
